Screw that i'm excited to post a response to a question I've been waiting for, for a very long time now;

I've seen other artists answer this in the past and they all answer it from a terrible ass artists perspective or some other wishy washy excuse as to how they do it, but let me give you the answer in the form of a story.

Back in the dark days of modem, AOL and yahoo, there was a a show called Digimon, and in this cartoon there was a sexy as hell white feline called Gatomon. But back in 1999~2001 there was none of this, "If it exists theres porn of it" business, no, no… So alas, my gherkin was lacking a jerking :((
Many winters passed and along with it came Digimon season 2, Gatomon and the gang still remained… But still the porn was far and few.

The internet boom was really starting to pick up now, more people where getting online, more places for porn.. People even started to get "Wacom tablets".. No more of this scanned in paper BS.
BUT ALAS
Along came Digimon Season 3 (or Tamers) and the birth of Renamon. And every God damn artists and their mother jumped on drawing this fox. And Gatomon, well.. she was left to die with the only "acceptable" pictures coming from BBMBBF and Kaladin and some Spainish/Mexican guy. And there must of been like 10 pictures total, while Renamon still gets like 50 pics a day.
So, you want to know the key for motivation?
If you don't draw it, who the hell will?
You could try and befriend some artist, but is it really worth all ass kissing effort for several months to get a picture for your Birthday? And you really think the BEST artists will talk to someone not on their level? Pffftt
Na man, it's not going to happen and its not worth it.
Sure, you could commission someone but dude, all the best artists charge $100+. I'm not going to spend that for a couple of faps.
So really your only choice is to pull up those sleeves and do it yourself.

I learned from my mistake, I didn't think MLP would be popular and I wanted Rainbow Dash porn so i picked up that God damn pen and learnt how to draw. (Although there is now so much pony porn I don't have to).Same with LPS, I want LPS porn so i God damn draw it.
I still lay awake at night, looking back at all those years i was left with unsatisfied, "not Gatomon" faps. I will take those empty days to the grave with me… Do yourself a favor and don't make the same mistake.

I was really tempted to do a comic based on Gilda/Dash/FS back...
I was really tempted to do a comic based on Gilda/Dash/FS back at Jr.Speedsters, partly due to that amazing comic which has been going for years now "Dash Academy". So these where the character styles I was working on for it.
The faces are always the most important part for me, its the cuteness. If somethings not cute it doesn't matter how perfect and sexy the rest is, the face is the part which does it.
Anyway, yeah.. It's just not going to happen. I can't do comics without losing interest and a hell of a lot of quality and it really pee's me off every time. Oh plus i'm so damn slow :(

Why is this show so perfect? I mean seriously; almost every episode has the characters in different outfits with various hairstyles…
Yet ponies?? Dude, i've been waiting for them to put a bloody saddle on again since Winter Wrap up! Seeing as the toy line is all about 'prettying up ponies' they do a rather poor job of putting this in the show don't you think?
